- Total Recovea fees are capped at one-third of your ledger-measured savings — the cap trims the share (to zero if needed); the subscription itself remains payable, including in a month with zero ledger-measured savings.
- The share is not billed until the eval-gated levers are live; once on, it turns on only after the ledger measures savings against a locked baseline.
- Billed on cost-per-successful-output: a cheaper answer that failed quality is never a billable saving.
